Lauren & Robin’s splendid summer Wedding at Wootton Park in Warwickshire

It was a gloriously cloud free hot summers day at one of my favourite Warwickshire Wedding Barn Venues – Wootton Park. I’ve captured quite a few weddings here so I’m always on the look out for some new and interesting photos for the Bride & Groom. It was clear when I arrived first thing in the morning that this was going to be a very hot day but with a lovely relaxed and chilled vibe. A lot of the decorations were already up and Lauren and Robin definitely captured the mood with a bright summer yellow floral theme.

After photographing some details I moved on to the Bridal Preparations close by near Redditch where Lauren and the Bridal Party were busy getting ready. Lauren looked absolutely beautiful in her make up. We then all moved back to Wootton Park where I completed the preparation photography with our rather handsome Groom Robin (he also made a great choice on that suit!).

I adore outdoor ceremonies and Wootton Park must have one of the finest backdrops in Warwickshire with it’s serene lake setting. After the Ceremony came a drinks reception followed by the ever popular and civilised high tea Wedding Breakfast – always stylish and very tasty (thanks to the B&G for catering for me).

The evening is always my favourite time to photograph the portraits and we were spoilt by a warm light which bathed the venue and made for some stunning shots with the happy couple!
