Playing with light

Winter can always be a taxing time for Wedding Photographers especially with light levels being so low and of course the sun sets a lot earlier. In many cases, with a later ceremony time, wedding portraits may not be taken until after dark. With this in mind, it’s always a good idea to bring in the option of off camera flash, if time permits this.

A Funeral in Bali

I love the spirituality in Bali. Even the passing of a loved one is celebrated with a vibrant street party and happiness. The deceased are carried in ornate funeral towers called “Bade” to a cremation ceremony. I was privileged to be able to capture such an event in September 2016 on my travels around Bali.

Hello from Chris Fossey Photography!

Welcome to Chris Fossey Photography!

I am a Wedding Photographer based in South Warwickshire. Romantic, dreamy, and distinctively beautiful, my work encompasses a mix of photojournalism and fine art portrait photography. I have a sincere passion for capturing the essence of each couple’s wedding day, both through those intimate loving photographic moments to unobtrusively visually documenting the occasion.

I am able to cover a variety of assignments locally in Warwickshire, the Cotswolds, West Midlands and further afield. I take a creative and flexible approach to producing gorgeous images. My commercial work mainly focuses on Wedding and Portrait Photography but my love for travel means I also enjoy visually documenting stunning and interesting locations from around the world.
