An absolutely stunning spring wedding! The day began at Abby’s family home in Dorridge where the Bridal Party were busy getting ready for the wedding. At the same time the Wedding Reception was also being set up in the parents’ back garden – it was clear Abby had put so much thought into all the lovely details as the marquee looked incredible. Abby chose a simple but very elegant dress and as soon as it was put on we went into the marquee for some family photos. Abby looked incredible.
It was then off to the delightful St Mary and St. Bartholomew Church in Hampton-in-Arden to meet Simon the Groom and the Groomsmen who were happily contemplating the day ahead in the local pub opposite the church. The church grounds and pub provided a fun and interesting back drop for some posed groom portraits.
The guests all made a spectacular entrance in a lovely old Route Master Wedding Bus which dropped them off outside the church. After the ceremony we headed off to a pretty house nearby for the group photos and portraits.
The wedding then moved on to the reception which was back at the family home in Dorridge where the party really kicked off!
Time for some fun with sparklers and gin!
