Wedding Album Order Form

Once completed you will be sent an invoice for the total album cost. If you have also ordered parent books for the Premium Album, the total price will be confirmed before an invoice is sent to you.

You will be emailed an album order list which must be completed with your chosen images and emailed back to me before any design work can commence. Images will appear in the Album in the same order as your completed photo list. When selecting the images please note the file ID number. Please always ensure the correct number has been selected and that your computer has not renumbered the files when importing.

A proof will be sent to you to check before the album is produced as well as the final specification including font design.

It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that they are totally happy with the design layout and images selected. Once a proof has been approved, errors cannot be corrected. Price includes minor changes to the first draft – further amendments may be chargeable.
