Wedding Album Approval

We have received both emails containing the “Final Proof” & “Album Specification”.

We understand that not all computer monitors and devices display colour the same, there is no guarantee print colours will match colours viewed on screen or when printed. We understand that for these reasons, returns based on colour or approved proof errors will not be accepted.

We have checked fonts, style & text on the front cover. Artwork for photo covers will be sent to you. Embossed/UV Printed text on plain covers will be sent in the Album Specification email although the exact font won’t be displayed, the name of the font will be given.

We have checked placement of images, sizing, spacing and accept the image cropping as per proof including full bleed images and accept that due to the printing and trimming process page and image centering may differ to the proof.

We accept that full bleed images (edge to edge printed photos) will be subject to trimming which will result in a small part of the photo being removed on the extreme edges.

We approve of all album design features including image borders, drop shadows and page background designs where used – please look carefully at the proof to check colour texture etc.

After delivery we will take full responsibility for the safe storage and handling of the album. The album must be kept in a cool dry area away from sunlight and damp areas. The album should be stored flat and not have any additional weight placed on top.

By submitting this form, we confirm we have thoroughly reviewed all digital wedding proofs and the final specification provided by email. We accept full responsibility for this approval and hereby grant permission to proceed with the production of our wedding album. We understand that revisions, error corrections and/or preference changes after this approval will be deemed “new work” and invoiced in addition to the original wedding album fees.
