What a lovely couple and what an extraordinary venue to photograph! I’ve photographed around Digbeth many times including the Custard Factory so for me Fazeley Studios was an exciting location to shoot a wedding in.
Fazeley Studios is a deceptive a venue and looks quite unassuming from the outside, but behind those big blue doors is a a dream of wedding venue, with its airy well lit rooms and quirky location in the heart of hip Digbeth.
This was very much going to be a family wedding with a lot of emphasis of Sarah and Paul’s children so it was lovely spending time with them all to get some fun shots as well as some natural documentary imagery of the day.
With ample opportunity to be creative, I took Sarah and Paul for a little wonder around Digbeth capturing some incredible street art as well as soaking up the vibe and atmosphere of the place.
