Maggie and Tom’s wedding in the heart of Stratford-upon-Avon was the perfect blend of relaxed riverside charm and timeless elegance. A day full of genuine emotion, beautiful light, and unforgettable moments.
The morning began at the Riverside Venue, where Maggie prepared for the day ahead surrounded by her closest friends and family. The space was filled with excitement with makeup brushes in motion, dresses carefully hung, and the gentle hum of anticipation building as the hours passed.
Meanwhile, Tom was nearby at The Henley Room in Stratford town centre, sharing a few laughs with his groomsmen and doing his best to keep the nerves in check. There’s always that quiet energy in the hours before a ceremony.
The ceremony took place at The Henley Room, right in the heart of Stratford-upon-Avon. Being a Stratford-upon-Avon wedding photographer, The Henley Room is a venue I photograph reguarly.
After the ceremony, everyone made their way back to the Riverside Venue, where the celebrations continued along the water’s edge. Guests enjoyed drinks and conversation with the river gently flowing beside them, a perfect backdrop for those relaxed, candid moments that tell the real story of the day.
We took some time for portraits along the riverside, and this is where Maggie and Tom truly got to pause and soak it all in. The soft natural light and peaceful surroundings created the perfect setting for some gorgeous and relaxed wedding photos of the couple.
The cake cut and their first dance marked the beginning of a lively evening, setting the tone for a packed dance floor and a celebration that carried on long into the night.
